    About the Hub

    This Knowledge Hub delivered by the International Trade Centre (ITC) and the Digital Government Academy empowers businesses, officials, and administrators with the tools and skills to analyse, manage, and sustain National Information Portals.

    Through courses, resources, and forums, participants discover how to navigate the portal's structure, master its features, and handle day-to-day operations—from mapping trade procedures to managing user roles and ensuring data integrity.

    Participants will be able to keep portals sustainable, strengthen transparency, and drive reform and coordination across institutions. They'll also join a vibrant virtual learning space to exchange ideas, ask questions, and collaborate directly with peers and trainers.

    The Knowledge Hub offers a multi-layered learning experience where all users can learn, connect and contribute to more transparent, predictable and coordinated trade and investment

    Open to all: Businesses, civil society, and the wider public can explore courses and resources to understand how portals function, make the most of their features, and use the insights to advocate for reforms and foster a more business-friendly environment

    For practitioners: Government officials, technical staff, and focal points from ministries, border agencies, and trade-related institutions can access practical training on managing national information portals—covering tasks such as uploading and validating content, managing user roles, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring long-term sustainability. The course also supports IT teams, data entry personnel, and other public-sector staff directly involved in portal operations.
